2011

• The acquisition of Sunrise Berhad was completed on 16 February 2011 with Sunrise becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Land Holdings Berhad. The acquisition was synergistic and complementary for both parties as it is an amalgamation of a macro township developer and a specialised property player
• UEM Land unveiled Angkasa Raya development in KLCC on 8 November 2011. Fronting the remarkable Petronas Twin Towers, Angkasa Raya is a 1.59 acre freehold mixed use development
• UEM Land jointly manages the marketing and development of six land parcels in Marina South and Ophir-Rochor sites in Singapore for M+S Pte Ltd, a joint venture company between Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd.

2012

• UEM Land entered into a joint-venture agreement with Ascendas Land International Pte Ltd to develop a 519 acre integrated eco-friendly tech park located in Gerbang Nusajaya, within Nusajaya in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor
