As the UPSR examination nears,committed teachers and the Parent Teacher Association of SK Sungai Melayu once again joined forces to organise a special UPSR workshop and motivation program for Year Six students.

SK Sungai Melayu, being one of UEM Land’s PINTAR schools, was fully sponsored by UEM Land throughout the program. This is based on our CSR initiatives which focus mainly on education and community building for the communities within and in the surrounds of Nusajaya.

The 4-day program which commenced from 18th of August 2008 was conducted with the objective to manage pre-examination jitters and to guide the students to be well prepared in answering the examination questions during the examination.

Consisting of 18 students, the programme promoted interactive presentation and emphasised on role playing among the students. All of them were exposed in identifying their self strength and weaknesses, strategy and techniques in answering UPSR questions.
