All the hard work had paid off for 45 students who achieved excellence in their 2009 UPSR, PMR and SPM examinations when their achievements were celebrated and recognized during a prize-giving ceremony held on Saturday, 3 April 2010.

The high achievers from UEM Land’s 16 “adopted” schools under the PINTAR Programme, were presented with cash and certificates by UEM Land Holdings Berhad Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Wan Abdullah Wan Ibrahim at the prize-giving ceremony in Dewan Raya Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru. In addition, the best overall PMR and SPM students walked off proudly with a computer laptop each.

In its second year, the ceremony was organised to recognize the students’ hard work and determination in delivering their personal best. This is also an effort to encourage the culture of excellence among PINTAR schools students, teachers as well as parents, to become more committed, and performance oriented in realizing their goals to achieve excellent results.
